Sweat Lodge

Sweat Lodge, Cacao & Yin Yoga Gathering - May 9th - 9am

There are moments where we’re called to slow down, to step away from the noise, and to reconnect—with ourselves, with each other, and with the natural rhythms of life.

This gathering is a space to do just that.

We begin by coming together in prayer and intention, sharing cacao in a respectful and grounded way. Cacao is a gentle heart-opening medicine that helps us soften, connect, and arrive fully into the space.

From there, we enter the sweat lodge.

The lodge is a place of purification, release, and renewal. Through heat, prayer, and song, we let go of what we’ve been carrying and return to a more clear and centered place within ourselves.

After the lodge, we take time to rest, nourish, and come back gently.

We then move into a Yin Yoga practice—slow, intentional, and grounded. This allows the body to open, the nervous system to settle, and the experience of the ceremony to integrate more deeply.

We close with a sharing circle, creating space for reflection, connection, and bringing the experience back into our everyday lives.

This is not just an event.

It’s a space for:

  • Reset

  • Reconnection

  • Prayer

  • Community

All are welcome who come with respect for the space and the work.

What to bring:

  • A food dish to share (potluck style)

  • Flowers or fruit for the altar

  • Water and a change of clothes

  • A grounded and respectful mindset

Guidelines:

  • This is a sober, family-centered space

  • Please come with intention and respect

  • Participation is always by choice and personal readiness

We move together with the understanding that healing begins within, and expands outward—to our families, our community, and beyond.

If you feel called, we welcome you.
